Being a sales manager requires not only professional qualifications, but also five years of higher education to obtain a master’s degree in commerce, distribution and marketing.
It is important for you to know that the position of sales manager requires a long course of study. Therefore, a Master’s degree or a Master’s degree is the level that will allow you to reach this position more quickly. A business school or an engineering course with a business or management option are also recommended. But this is not enough to obtain a position as a sales manager! Employers are looking for 5 to 10 years’ experience.
A sales manager earns on average an annual remuneration of between 150,000 and 300,000 euros gross, depending on the organisation and the number of sales people to be managed.
A sales manager with less experience earns around 120,000 euros gross. An experienced sales manager may even earn more than €200,000 gross per year.
